Does anyone know when admitted students are invited to visit campus?

i am planning to visit with my mom since I am flying from Nicaragua, but I don’t know if this is such a good Idea; What do kids that come with their parents normally do?
are we still invited to stay in the dorms with freshman?

If I'm accepted I'll probably be going with my mom too and I think we're allowed to stay in dorms but I'm not sure. I think the weekend is sometime in mid april but I'm not sure of the exact date. It's a bit frustrating that they have it so soon after they send out acceptance/rejection letters since I'm definitely not going to book a flight now since I probably won't even get into Brown but if I do somehow get in the flights might all be booked!

The invitation is for a 24-hour period and is called ADOCH (A Day on College Hill). It is usually mid-April, but not sure exactly for this year. Check out this article from the Brown Daily Herald:

The incoming students were.

ADOCH is April 15 and 16 this year. And early admits are NOT invited this year; however, there seems to be plans to have other events in April for those students. I don't think any specific dates or events have been set yet for those.

Parents need to find their own housing. There are plenty of events for parents -- they are kept almost as busy as the students. I attended last year, and enjoyed meeting other parents.
