Admitted to MSc in Supply Chain Management - is it worth it?

I got an offer from Washington University in St. Louis for the program MSc in Supply Chain Management (Olin Business School) - I wonder if I should be happy for that :) Different rankings tell different stories, but heard a lot of good things about this University, but mostly about undergraduate programmes... I have to make a decision before the 8th of April
By the way, I was surprised to be admitted with my GMAT score of 560 while the average, according to their website, is 717.
I also have high chances to be admitted in Hong Kong University of Science and Technologies - MSc in Global Operations programme, so I have no idea which university to choose if I get admitted there...

I wanted to apply to 5 more universites but they will not be able to make a decision before the 8th of April and I do not want to risk and loose the chance to study at Wash U.

Finally, I have never been to Missouri but generally have visited USA for many times :) So I am not quite sure how is it like to live in St.Louis...
