Admitted to wrong college?

<p>I applied to american under the majors public health / undecided & was placed in the college of public affairs which includes no majors I am even remotely interested in. I was assuming I would be placed into CAS.</p>

<p>Was there no room for me there? Did they make a mistake?
I got a 6,000 scholarship so I don’t feel like they would place me in the wrong college on purpose, what’s going on?!</p>

<p>Seeing as how no one on this board is a counselor or anyone of authority to be able to change that, I suggest you simply contact CAS or SPA to ask about how to change your major. From a student perspective, don’t even worry about it. Once you get here you can switch majors however many times you want. When you register, pick courses that are on the Public Health major track. You’re fine!</p>
