<p>My son was waitlisted. B student with okay SATs and great subject tests in major. No sports, but musical with some volunteering and ECs. Very disappointed. One C+ on first term grades must have looked pretty ugly to the Admissions folks. Letter from guidance counselor didn’t seem to help, despite bringing grade up second term.</p>
