<p>I’m slightly confused. After I registered for ADOCH, they told me to complete a permission form and fax it to (401) 863-1145. However, on the permission form itself it says to fax to the Admissions Office at (401) 863-9300. I checked the admissions office website, and this is indeed their fax number. Any idea why I got a different number after registration?</p>
