Hello guys, I want some advice regarding my career with MIT being the central point.

Let me tell you my situation.
Right now, I'm enrolled in a 4-yr engineering university. I have finished an Associate's Degree in Science from my local community college. And I'm on my way finishing up a Bach in Business from an online college.
Well 'YES', an online college :D using many credits used from AP, CLEP, DSST, IB and Dept exams. I'm only doing this degree cause I found it very easy to finish a business degree first.
As of now I have about 110 credits for the Business degree and guess what I'm 19 and actually a sophomore in the 4-yr engineering university!
By the end of summer 2012, I would have finished the Business degree hopefully. Then I'm planning to work and complete my present engineering degree as post-bac.
Well I know all this seems too much off-road for getting into MIT, but here's where I need some advice.

Since I already have associate degree, can I transfer to MIT as undergrad junior ?
Cause I have actually attended my current university for just 3 semesters and all the other credits are actually from the credit exams.

If I don't or should I say couldn't get into MIT as undegrad :p then after graduating from the online college with Business degree, can I apply to MIT as post-bac ?

Or perhaps complete the post-bac here at my current university and then apply for MIT as grad student ? But then I wont be having much research exp or publications cause I will doing a job while pursuing my post-bac. Although if I get into MIT as undergrad or as post-bac I would rather not do my job but focus on research work. BTW I'm into aeronautics / aerospace engineering.

Um. That sounds very complicated and honestly I’m not sure whether you are eligible to transfer in. Are you in the U.S.? Are you in HS and dual-enrolled (or out of HS)? Probably your best bet is to apply and see what happens, but we don’t allow students to enroll as freshman if they have already completed (or are within one year of completing) a bachelor’s degree at another institution.

I’m in the US.
I’m a college sophomore and NOT dual enrolled. I’m building up my credits hours for the degree from the online college just for fun. I have an A.S degree btw.

^ So basically, should I complete my B.B.A ? Or apply as transfer before completing it ? And if I complete and then can I still apply for transfer ?

What exactly should I aim to do in my post-bac if I want to get into grad school at MIT ?

You can either apply as a transfer and finish your bachelor’s degree at MIT, or you an finish your bachelor’s where you are and apply to MIT for grad school. If you complete your bachelor’s, you may not apply to MIT as a transfer.

^ Unlike undergrad admissions, grad school admissions requires student to have tremendous amount of research / published work in their undergrad level - right ?
My undergrad work wont be much related to research experience, even though I’m working as undergrad research assistant in an computer engineering lab at my current university. After I finish my BBA, I will apply for full-time job in some company.
My GPA should be in around 3.5 - 3.7 (max).

Will all these be good enough ? …considering good recs etc etc ? :)
