Advanced Sciences

How difficult are advanced chem and physics if I didn't take them as APs? If anyone's tried, your experience is much appreciated.
Is there any kind of studying I can do between now and Sept 9th to strenghten my background, or is it not worth trying?
-Thanky

i've talked to some upperclassman, and one said don't do it since there's no point unless you are majoring in that field. after all, freshman year is going to be tough just getting adjusted... so there is little point to get out of an easier class and into a harder one.

just my thought, too... no reason to take honors physics when i can take phy103/104 and do even better since physics ain't my strong point, but i have taken the advanced class at my hs.

Quite difficult. But you could always try them out and drop down a week or so later.

Do you usually have to be really good at science and/or really like the sciences to do well and get an A because everyone is smart and hardworking?

It certainly helps.
