Advantage app VS regular app

<p>I figured since a few parents might have been through this issue in the past when their kids were applying for college I figured I should post this here as well from the admissions forum:</p>

<p>Are there any advantangesto using one over the other? The fee is still there but with the advantange application I only have to write a 250 word personal statement compared to the regular app where I have to write a 500 word essay. Also they only gave me one recommendation form. I was planning on sending three. One from my GC, one from my teacher in my strongest area who I know well and one from my weakest area who I got to know well. would it be bad to send in more than one?</p>

<p>Maybe some people don't know what an Advantage Ap is?</p>

<p>its the same as all the other apps that people get in the mail or email, where the essay and/or fee is waived.</p>
