<p>So far my first choice rejected me so now I am considering three schools: UCD, UCSD, and UCI. However I am thinking that another plan is to go to CC and then transfer. I only know some good reasons of going to CC such as it's cheaper there and I will be able to stay at home but I just want to know both advantages and disadvantages of going there. So if you currently are going to CC or used to go to CC and now in a university, please help me out. Thank you</p>
<p>Go to the community colleges that have guaranteed transfer to top UCs like UCLA. I beleive it’s on UCLA website. Disadvantage is that there are all sort of people there. You could get into the wrong crowd, but it’s also possible at 4-year univesity. But if you are determined to focus on academic, you should be ok.</p>
