Hi, I am a current senior and I am interested in the University of Miami. It is a high choice for me but I am not a 100% set of going here this is why I do not want to apply early decision. If I apply early action though, will I receive more scholarship consideration from the school as opposed to applying regular decision? Thanks

Oh and also I am an out-of-stater

That is the opinion of posters at this blog. We have seen evidence of more generous scholarships in early action rounds. Good luck to you.

Thank you, I appreciate the response! Now I know which app to get started on first :)

Typically you get more money, both need and merit based the earlier you apply. It also shows interest, which is a plus.

Good luck!
