Advice about retaking

I was thinking about apply to Brown ED or Amherst ED. Now I'm not so sure because of my rather poor SATII scores.
USH - 720
MathIIC - 750
Literature - 710
(I also have taken Bio two times, only to have scored in the mid 600s both times x_x)

SAT composite score - 2240

I'm planning to retake SATI in October to raise my CR score (680) to hopefully a 750+ like Math and Writing.
However, this is the last date to retake before ED.
Should I retake my USH and Lit in November and then just apply RD to all my schools, or should I just apply early to one of them with those SATII scores and hopefully an improved SATI score?

Thanks in advance :)

You have great scores for those schools. Even your SAT I is solid. Unless you feel really uncomfortable with your 2240 or you are absolutely positive you can do better and have the time to, go for the SAT I. Otherwise, I would recommend not doing any more testing and focus on your applications instead. Senior year should be devoid of testing unless you did as badly on a subject test as I did.

I think your scores are fine and you don't need to worry about retaking. However, if you do decide to take additional tests, you should know most schools will still accept Nov. SAT scores for their early decision/admit programs as long as the rest of your application has been received by the Nov. deadline.
