ok guys, this may sound silly, but last year (tenth grade) i received a B+ in Concert Band.
A B+ obviously isn't too bad, but it's band, which should be an easy, free A+. My "teacher," who I absolutely hate and hope she goes to he** now, purposely gave me a lower grade than i deserved out of spite (my quarter grades were A+, A-, B+, B+ which averages out at least to an A-)
How will this look? I'm applying to top schools.

It won't be held against you in and of itself (like you said, those types of classes are basically free A's), but it's not good to acculumate B+'s, because they do bring down your average. Was this class weighted as much as a regular class? At my school, for example, those types of classes count for "20%" of a real class (math, English, etc.)

Well, it's one single B+ with straight A's (though the vast majority are A-'s :()
It's counted as a half credit, so instead of a 3.0 averaged in, a 1.5 is averaged in and divided by 0.5.
EX: 4.0+4.0+1.5=9.5
9.5/2.5=3.8

oh and my report card looks like this:
frosh
A+, A, A, A-, A-, A-
Soph:
A, A-, A-, A-, A-, A-, B+

How does this look? I'm worred that the vast majority of my grades are only A-, and with the B+.
Am i overreacting?

hahahaha yes you are way overreacting
especially because colleges won't care about band
