ADVICE: B.A., Art History MINOR IN...?

I'm a first-time freshman at CSUF in California and my major is in Art History. I'm posting to see what I could with the major to truly expand and get the most out of it.

What minors do you think would supplement the degree and what career paths can you see with such a degree? My first thoughts in minoring are in Modern Language & Literature (French), Business (Entrepreneurship), Public Relations, or maybe even Criminal Justice..

Any information or advice would truly help my cause. Thanks!

I found a thread that is very similar to my situation but it’s a few years old! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/visual-arts-film-majors/278055-art-history-major-minor.html

what sort of career are you looking into?
museums, non profit, corporate, and I don’t know but there must be many others.
Is CSUF good to you for art?
are you just starting out and already get to chose major/minor?
are you saying there for good or looking into eventual transfer out somewhere?

people must be sick of me posting this link

but try subscribing this e-news.
It’s free and no strings attached.
It will notify new hires of all sort of institutions and lists almost always that person’s educational history, where did UG major what, then what s/he did before picked for the job.
If you read it everyday, you might be able to see some pattern as,
to get to do this, better do that.

who knows what kind of art/job market you will be in when you’d be out and school and degree is not everything that counts, but it is a big factor if you are looking into square legit job.
