<p>Hey, so next year I'll be applying to some competitive schools (Not HYPSM but like from UVA to UPenn). I'm involved in newspaper and will be Editor-In-Chief next year and one thing I've done every issue since the beginning of Junior year is write a Advice Column under a female alter-ego (no homo). If I wrote a particularly clever one, would it be smart so send it as a supplemental piece?</p>

<p>I can’t imagine it would hurt, but adcoms generally advise against sending supplemental materials simply because too many of them, especially of mediocre ones, simply takes too much time to read.</p>
