Advice for Entrepreneurial Major?

Hello. Next year I will be a junior in HS. Some stats:

White male
Cum GPA: 4.22 (unweighted: 4.0)
Class Rank: 2 (of 365)
AP Scores: Geography (4), World History (?)
Activities: Mock trial (since freshman), speech (since sophomore)

To be completely honest, there is nothing in life that I want to do more than start a business, likely in computers or technology in general (e.g. a "green" company). My sophomore year I created an online social networking app for school groups that, basically, failed. I am launching a new Web 2.0 application my junior year. I have also done some freelance web design/development work. I have no volunteer work yet, but I intend to do ~100 hrs by the time I apply to colleges. I have worked at Burger King for 2 yrs, but I am trying to get a job at Circuit City.

I intend to take the ACT and the SAT II's (I haven't taken any yet) late in my junior year. Next year I will take the US History, Chemistry, and (maybe) Calculus (AB) AP tests.

I am thinking of starting a business club my junior year (to show my initiative and interest in business to colleges). I will join the National Honor Society next year as well. Also, I know that I have at least one really good teacher recommendation. My counselor is kind of a jerk and isn't really willing to help whatsoever.

Any recommendations for colleges for someone with my interests/credentials? Any ideas for what I can still do to help improve my chances of getting into a top entrepreneurial program (I regret that I didn't join more EC's earlier)? I have been looking at MIT for quite a while now, but I don't think I could get in. University of Arizona apparently has a very good entrepreneurial program. Obviously Upenn is a great all-around college for business. Also been looking at Babson.

Thank you!
