For those of you accepted or planning to apply to Harvard University, what advice do you have for a freshman looking to apply in a few years?

Thanks :)

as someone who was ultimately accepted, but who will not attend, my advice is to not worry about getting into harvard. have fun in high school, and if H is really the school for you, the results should come.

I would stay off this site until the end of Sophomore year. Take the SAT/ACT in the fall of your Junior year (I wish I did this). Join clubs and find activities you enjoy.
I’ll be a Senior next year and I’ve done nothing but worry about college since Freshmen year. Don’t do that! Enjoy your high school career! It’s so much fun and I would hate for you to miss out on it.
