Advice for my 2Major+1Minor choice

I really want to work with finances and whatnot in Asia.

Because of my endgoal I've chosen a double major with a minor. What do you think about it?

Majors: Economics(what's the difference with Business Econ and Econ?) and Asian Studies
Minor: International Relations

I would switch Asian studies with IR as a major but they don't have IR as a major at UCR. What do you think? I chose this very recently so I haven't put a lot, if any, deeper thought into it.

I see myself working in the financial sectors of a company that either has branches in Asia or actually working in Asia either in an HQ or transferred from the US HQ. Does any of this sound reasonable or am I aiming too high?

Sorry I can’t help but i would love to see a solid answer for this. I too would like to learn asian (more specifically chinese) markets. My plan is to do it by majoring or double majoring in finance and econ and then doing a study abroad in china. Maybe a summer internship too
