I am not sure if you mentioned your level earlier in the thread. If you’d be an impact athlete, in other words, be a top athlete for that school, yes.
Absolutely. If they think you could be a contributor to their team, they’ll at least be able to put in a good word for your application. The sooner you do it, the better, as the more you wait the likelihood decreases of space being available and the fewer options you’ll have. Start reaching out today if this is something you might be serious about.
It can’t hurt, but you need to speak to you parents first, then contact AO’s so you know what is even a possibility right now, then you can start contacting coaches.
I don’t know much about track but my guess is that times are published for winners from past seasons so you should look up where you would stand before you reach out to coaches.
For example:

Missed if you were a girl or a boy…but both results are available.
Oh what exactly is this? I know practically nothing about actual competitive track because I was at a small school in a new league made for smaller schools haha. I’ve been looking at the times on athetic net for different schools and at my peak last year I would consistently be top 3-4 in my main event at most of the schools I’m looking at. My best times would still make it to ISL according to this but I wouldn’t rank too high even though I’d still be comparable to the sprinters from lville/middlesex.
Thank you all once again for the advice by the way!
