Advice for seeking Architectural Degree

Hey, well i just start senior year, and now i have to deal with the burden of college applications. I did horrible my sophomore year as my family was moving to a new home.

Freshman GPA: 3.4
Sophomore GPA: 2.7
Junior GPA: 3.3
Senior GPA: hopefully 4.4 both semesters

I haven't taken any AP courses yet but currently I'm in AP Physics and AP Government. My SAT score is horrible at a whopping 1620. I plan to retake it twice more, one in november and one in december. I am aiming towards an 1800-1900 realistically.

I need advice as to what CSU's you recommend for an architectural degree, with the statistics above. People have told me Cal Poly SLO is quite difficult though i have a greater chance of acceptance at Cal Poly Pomona. Among the CSU's these are the best, and i am applying to both. Any idea on admissions or even other possible schools?
