I’m Saab Martin and I’m graduating this April with my course of BS in Information Technology. I would like to here some advice about study abroad options I can choose from. I want to harness my skills in English and would like to explore on creative writing or a master’s degree. Please help me 
If that’s your real name, you shouldn’t put it out here on CC! Study abroad is mostly for secondary school and undergraduates. If you want to do a masters in creative writing there are lots of options in many countries.

If you wanna pursue you profession then go to Japan or China? However, if you really want to learn english then us of uk would be a very good choice.
What about Canada?
