<p>I'm currently a rising junior planning for next summer's activities, as I need to know whether certain dates next summer will be clear early on.</p>
<p>I'm planning on majoring in chemical engineering, with either a double major or a minor in Social Psychology or US History; haven't decided which yet. Anything involving any of these would be good; preferably chem engineering.</p>
<p>Which programs should I go for? I'm looking at the NASA Inspire program right now, but I'm not sure how great that looks for colleges. I'd also rather work directly with chem engineering if can.</p>
<p>Not a huge deal, but I'd also like to take some local college classes on the side, so if anyone knows anything good that's not residential or at least has more flexible hours, it would be helpful.</p>
<p>If there's anything low budget or scholarship, that'd be ideal as well.</p>
