<p>Publics rarely give good money to OOS students. Especially top-tier publics. This is something to consider. </p>
<p>If money's a factor, LACs and smaller universities tend to be most generous. Tulane and Goucher, for example, are known for being really good with merit aid.</p>
<p>i don't know quite what you're looking for, but some of our criteria match (business). my first choice is willamette university in oregon, it's a private, liberal arts college. app deadline is february and it has this really great integrated graduate business program that gets you an mba in five years if you get into the business school. you should do some more research on the school.</p>
<p>also, there's this new college in new york called eugene lang, and it has a graduate business school too that apparently offers a lot of opportunities because it's in new york city. it's also a liberal arts college, but i forget whether it's public or not.</p>
