Even if it is just some creepy interviewer, why let this person go around unchecked? possibly making other future applicants suffer through this creepiness? That is how these sorts of people get away with unacceptable behavior- by figuring no one will call them out on it. I still say report the interviewer on April 1.
Of course not everything that makes someone uncomfortable is a crime.
Luckily, it seems that the worst possible thing that could happen to this guy falls well short of conviction or even accusation of a crime. If she reports him, maybe he’ll be relieved of his volunteer duties. That seems to be the harshest thing likely to happen to him. And I’d say that’s not even a given. But hopefully someone would at least talk to the guy if this is brought to the school’s attention.
If it were my daughter I would encourage her to report it after decisions are out.
