So here's my testing history
SAT I (12/2010) R:620 M:590 W: 680
SAT I (6/2010) R 600 M: 670 W 680
I know, not much improvement and scores not too great :/ Will be taking the November SAT hopefully for a 2150+

Took SAT II Math IIC today, scored 700+ I'd say
Will take Bio SAT II in Dec

So my question is regarding the score choice use policy on some schools. Some of the schools I'm applying to are University of Michigan, UPENNN (longshot i know), and NYU. From collegeboard's site: Michigan has a Highest Section Scores Across Test Dates policy, UPENN requires all scores, and NYU wants either SAT or 3 SATII

Say all of my individual sections' scores on the upcoming NOV SATI are higher than the ones above, (which it probably will be), can I send only the NOV test to Michigan & NYU? Also, say the MathII isn't that great and I decide to retake it in Dec, could I only send the DEC scores? If this is done, would the college see that I did take an SATI/SATII previously but decided not to report the scores? Do they see how many tests you took even if they're all not reported?
Any advice is appreciated!

PS: I know this really doesn't apply to UPENN as they explicitly say ALL testing is required. I just used these colleges since each has a differing score choice policy.
