Im in high school and an an average student so i was wondering if anyone can give me some pre med schools in the (north)east?

Virtually any 4 year college will offer the courses required by medical schools.

…You need to change your “average student” status to “outstanding” in college, if you do not want to waste time preparing to apply to Med. Schools. It is not clear what you consider “average”, but you should be able to have college GPA 3.6+ to be a successful Med. School applicant (among many other requirements). So, make sure that UG that you choose is the right place for you, good match to your personality and wide range of interests, it will help.

I agree. I can’t stress how important this is. If you don’t like the atmosphere at the school you attend your academic performance will suffer.
