Advice on changing majors??

I am a freshman who is an International Affairs major. I thought that this was the best major for me because I wanted to become an international lawyer or get involved in the music industry on an international level. My experience thus far on the major itself is bittersweet. I like studying about political games and how governments try to gain advantages on one another; however, I don't think that I want to study about civil war and politics my next three years in school. I have been considering changing to either sociology or economics due to experiences that I've had in other classes. On the other hand, I'll be done with my lower division classes this year and think that I should stay in the major so I can finish school sooner. So my questions are:

What can I do with an international affairs major besides peace missions humanitarian aid?

What can I do with a sociology or economics major?

What is sociology? (I think it's the study of communities but I want to be sure.)

What is economics? (I know that its the not necessarily the study of money.)

Just in case I do decide to stay in IA, what would be a good major to pair it with if I double major?

How do I learn more about law school, the music industry, or any kind of field?

PS: sorry for the long post
