Also, should I take Pre-Calc over the summer? And should I stay in Newspaper? I don't plan on going into anything in humanities, but it's basically a fun, free period (but we're not crap) and I'll be an editor, though not editor-in-chief. On the other hand, it takes up a space for another AP Science/Math class.. And I want to go into science...

why don't you just say "should I take AP phsyics, bio, or chemistry?"

and saying you want to go into science doesn't really help.

In all honesty, it won't really matter (probably) to college admissions which of those AP classes you take, my suggestion is take the class that you would do the best in.

Since you want to go into science, I say #3, because physics is arguably the most challenging out of those sciences. I say switch out of newspaper and put something like AP Chem in its place--studying chemistry while studying physics works nicely, and besides, you should take courses in your interests.

^^ yes, i should have phrased it better. lawl.

^ the thing is, don't colleges like continuity? plus i enjoy doing it and my advisor will be working with me for jr and sr year in english. but it'll drop my gpa/rank...

so would colleges like lower ivies caliber and cal/ucla like to see me do newspaper for 3 years or extra science/math classes? assuming i get straight As and have many ecs?
