Hi CC,

I've ran out of the tests from the blue book. I literally have no way to practice. I've taken the Princeton review tests as well.

My critical reading is so bad... It was a 640 the first time I took the test when I was 14 and was the same exact thing as I took the test at 17. And I did study. I always have too much time at the end so I don't know if I plateaued or just need to figure out some time management.

My grammar and math fluctuate from 730-780. I dunno if those need work.

What should I do?
If you would, link me CC guides please.

Thanks.

Also, when do you suppose I take it? Just when Im done studying?

Thanks again.

Maybe you need a new approach to Critical Reading passage questions. There’s a ton of advice and different methods to answering those questions on CC. Try and see what works, and eventually something will work.

For me, as soon as the passage starts, I look at the questions and mark line numbers for questions. Then as I read and approach those lines, I read the question and answer as I read. That’s what worked for me though, something else might work better for you. It did help me go from consistent 640-650 scores to 700, and then practicing vocab and more CR eventually got me to 750’s.

Remember, every answer is in the passage. You will never have to make a single inference on the SAT.

Good luck.
