Advice on retaking SAT

Hi, all.

I took the December SAT and got a 1480 (Math: 790, R&W: 690)

I got the 790 after studying only math for 2 weeks (from when I got Nov SAT back to date of Dec SAT) and had a 110 increase from a 680 on the Nov SAT.

Should I try to do the same with R&W and get at least a 1500 or 1550 superscored?

All comments would be appreciated.

It depends on what colleges you are interested in.

Avg SAT for honors program is a 1460.
