Advice on schools

Hey, so im currently a top 25 lac. Im interested in physical anthropology and linguistics and those are two programs that my lac doesn't offer so im looking to transfer i wont be transfering till likely my junior year as i am a little late to apply for sophmore year admissions. i am looking at advice for which schools i should be looking to transfer into. id like my school to be at least equally as academically challenging as the one i currently attend.

highschool stats-
uw gpa= ~3.5
sat=2120
ap's=6
highschool was ranked in top 1000 in nation
school did not rank

college stats-
gpa-3.22 (low i know but i got mono my first semster which a docter can back up for me, im hoping to raise to like 3.4-3.5ish by the time i apply for JUNIOR year admissions.)
im also involved in an environmental club and a race discussions club on campus.
im currently ranked in the bottom half :O but im hoping to fix this as noted above.

im not really look for chances as much as an idea of what types of schools i should be looking at. id prefer a large school which has a has a large variety of classes, but also a strong academic reputation. somewhere like UCB or Northwestern would be a dream, but im guessing these are way out of my league. Any suggestions as to where i should be looking? feel free to ask me if you need any more info
