Advice on SENIOR year schedule?

I am in a bit of a bind. I just recently developed an interest in pediatrics, so that threw off my past plans. I previously thought I would be an engineer and desperately avoided medical classes, but now I want to go into the medical field. Haha.

Possible schedule:
AP Lit
AP Calc BC
AP Com Sci (It’s recommended for UW-Seattle, but don’t know if I actually need this)
AP Econ
AP US Gov/Comparative
Orchestra (Should I drop this? I’ve been it for all 3 years, but music is definitely not something I want to pursue. I am a first chair, though, not sure if I should give up)

Possible alternatives:
AP Chem (I already took AP Bio, AP Physics B, Chem)
AP Psych (A good fun and easy class)
AP Stats
Medical science (mostly against this, because I don’t feel it’s worth it being in a class with a bunch of unmotivated doctor-hopefuls just to know more (I can research on my own))

Don’t think you’ll need Computer Science.
Drop orchestra – I regret taking useless credits my senior year as engineering classes for me definitely would have helped!
AP Stats is pretty important to have if you can get the AP credit.

No! Don’t drop orchestra! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/high-school-life/1681550-should-i-quit-music-questions.html#latest read this thread here and watch the video I posted. The commitment and leadership of staying in orchestra will benefit you much more than an extra AP class. If you want to take something instead of AP comp sci thats fine, take whatever course interests you most.

I agree with @guineagirl96 about not dropping orchestra, and taking the course(s) that interest you most. Please note that for medical school admissions, AP science credits will not be accepted to fulfill prerequisites, so you will end up either retaking the subject in colleges, or taking the next courses in the sequence.

Dont drop Orchestra!! Even if its not your favorite thing its only for 1 more year and you’re first chair which is a really good accomplishment! It will also show universities that you are dedicated to your ECs.

Then drop AP computer science and add AP Chem or AP Psych
