Advice on standardized testing, please???

I'm a rising senior and I am trying to decide whether I should re-take the SAT again OR whether I should focus on subject tests or not. I know I have October and November to take both if I wanted to, but I'd rather focus on one.

My current SAT score (from the second date) is a 2140-- CR 670; M 740; W 730.
I took two subject tests (US history and German) and got a 670 and 570, respectively. I know these scores aren't decent at all and that I need to re-take them if I plan on submitting subject test scores, and if I decided to focus on subject tests, I'd re-take US history and choose another test other than German to take. However, I haven't taken higher level science classes and I'm not confident I'd do well on math 2.

I'd like to get the Trustee Scholarship from Boston University. I'm also interested in the College of William & Mary (I live in Virginia). I know my scores (SAT; not subject tests) have a decent chance at getting into BU, but I'd like to have an edge for the scholarship.

I'm satisfied with my SAT score, but I feel like my CR score could be higher. However, I got a 5 on the AP Lang/Comp exam and an A- in the class. I'll be taking AP Lit this coming year, and my GPA (weighted) is a 4.1

Should I re-take the SAT or focus on subject tests? I know BU and WM do not require subject tests, but other schools that I may apply to require them, and I think they would improve my application. Help please!

Also, I took 3 APs (lang, stat, US history) junior year and 1 AP (world history) sophomore year. This year, I’m taking 4 APs (lit, calc AB, physics C, US government).

take the sat again in october or whatever, and the subject test in december (the latest i think they will accept).

sat dosent take much studying, you just need to practice with timed test. wake up early that day, do some stretching, listen to relaxing music on your way to the center. and go into the test like your a bad@ss gangster.
the subject tests need studying, thus the later date. buy a couple of those books, and study like you never studied before.

also, dont forget about your essays. make them cry when they read your first sentence. show them that if you got into their school, good things will happen. make them want you.
