My husband, a/k/a Mr. Lacrosse, thinks that the Inn at Colonnade is the only place to stay in Baltimore. I just had to laugh about being careful about lacrosse season. It is the most wonderful time of the year for some folks!

likewise cnp55, my obsession other than CC is lacrosse, didn't want to impose my sometimes senseless biases on a potential unbeliever, so to speak. As a local, traffic gets tough around lax time on University Parkway by the Colonnade, and for big games, I'd bet that the hotel gets booked fairly early. But, if visiting JHU is in the picture, I personnaly could see no better way to get a feel for the place than to include attending a lax game, as even the most academic of academic at JHU seem to take pride in their lax teams.... I love sitting on Homewood Field's cold, metal bleachers in the early spring!
