<p>Hey! UCF is the only school I want to go to. I applied for the Spring 2014 semester and today I received my status that said, "An admission decision is being deferred pending receipt of your college transcript showing your current, in progress semester grades. In addition, please review the required documents listed below. A final, official transcript must be received directly from each school or testing agency. These can be sent to UCF Undergraduate Admissions, P.O. Box 160111, Orlando, FL 32816-0111. </p>

<p>I currently attend a community college. I plan on receiving my AA at the end of the Fall 2013 semester. I have a 3.5 GPA, 47 credits, and I am also a member of my college's honors college. Any advice on what I should do? Should I try to email UCF or just wait until the end of Fall to receive a decision? Thanks!</p>
<p>My daughter is also trying to transfer to UCF for Spring 2014 (just prior to getting her AA) or in the alternative for Fall 2014 (after her AA). </p>
<p>Just send them a current college transcript now (which will show your pending/in progress classes - that’s probably what they want to see) and then a new transcript after you get your final grades. Don’t wait until end of Fall semester - that may be too late. If you are getting your AA and you are going to a Florida Community College - you might be eligible for Direct Connect to UCF. You can look into that too.</p>
<p>I received the same status on my application as well. I called UCF admissions and they were not helpful at all. Two people told me two different things. One told me that they reviewed my application prior to receiving my official transcript and will review it again and make a final decision once they receive my official college transcript. And another told me that they are waiting for me to finish up my Fall semester and once they see my completed GPA after this current Fall semester, then they will make a decision.</p>
<p>I honestly do not know what to do so I’m just going to send in my Fall 2013 semester grades once they are updated! Keep me updated with your status and best of luck!</p>
