Hey I currently go to bklyn college (cuny) in nyc and I am looking to transfer(i'm a freshman). The thing is I want to go to a school where I have a better chance of getting into Columbia Law or another Ivy League. I had a 4.0 my first semester and am working hard to hopefully have that or something close to it this semester. I'm guessing admission from CUNYs is very selective into these law schools. I was thinking about St John's University in Queens, though. Anyone have any advice?
Thanks

Rice and Occidental college have accelerated programs for Columbia in which it takes 6 years to get a JD. It's fairly competitive. Many students also opt out of it, as you must sacrifice your senior year for it.
