Advice on What to do With an Extensive Ammount of AP Credits and Freshman Classes.

I go to a top 100 USN university. I entered with roughly 28 credit hours 2/3 of a full year study (were on the quarter system). I am right now double majoring in Econ and History. luckily my AP credits where in Micro/Macro/US/World/euro/ and a bunch of other sciences so that I never have to take a science class again. On this track since many of my prerequisite and history/econ requirements are filled, I can graduate with a double major in Econ and History by the 2nd quarter of my Junior Year. If I cram 3 more classes into my schedule, I can get a Double Major in Econ and History, and a masters in Econ (my school has a 4+1 program I can complete in 3), by the end of my Junior Year. Thus graduating with 2 bacholers and a masters in 3 years. However If I stay, my counselor claims I can allign everything to Get three bacholors degrees, with something like Poli Sci, Art History, Etc... I know they all seem like great options but I'm torn on what to do

To Recap my options are:

Graduate (After my Second quarter Junior Year) with a Double Major in Econ & History
Graduate (After my third quarter Junior Year) With a Double Major in Econ & History, and a masters in Economics
- I could also do this in Four years if I space out my heavy course loads
Graduate traditionally in four years with a Triple Major in Econ, History, and Poli Sci/Art History/Religious Studies/etc... and a masters in Econ

I would generally want to enter the workforce, however I may want to go to law school, even though I've heard about early graduates receiving significantly lower Law School acceptances than traditional graduates.
