Advice on where to transfer

<p>I currently go to a small selective lac that is in the middle of nowhere. I'm thinking of transfering for fall 2010. </p>

<p>HS Stats
GPA: UW: 3.7 W: 4.35
SAT: 1940
A lot of EC's w/ leadership</p>

<p>College:
as of midterms i have 3.8.
im on the crew team</p>

<p>Do you guys have any suggestions? I want a bigger school 5000+, located in the northeast or southeast, preferably in the mountains, located near a town or a city. As of now price is not an issue.</p>

<p>Have you tried various college “match makers?” (collegeboard, collegeconfidential, petersons…) The information about freshmen stats is not useful for transfers, but for criteria like geography and size, it works fine.</p>
