I'm a freshman at UCLA, and I was wondering if former students could maybe help me see if my schedule is handle-able.
Basically, I have:

CHEM 20BH (4 units)
PHYS 6A w/ lab (5)
LIFE SCI 2 (4)
PSYCH 10 (4)
MATH 33A (4)

Do you think this is doable? Also, by the way, I'm a biochem major.
Thanks in advance!

It would probably be helpful if you told us what your schedule was last quarter, what grades you got, and how hard you worked for those. Every person is different obviously and so every person maxes out at a different point.

Are you already enrolled in these classes? If not then you have the unit max to contend with.

Last quarter I took:

Chem 20AH → A
Asian Am Stu → A
Math 32A → B
Seminar → P

And I already got the unit max covered, but I really want to drop a class maybe?

B is by no means a bad grade for your first quarter, but if you can’t get all As taking three classes (only two of which are science) then you will DIE taking five classes (four of which are science). Definitely drop one.
