Advice?

Not sure if this is the right section i tried looking around but this one makes the most sense.

Any ways, I'm one of those students who entered High school without their procrastination problem solved. (I did fairly well in middle school even though i was a procrastinator) as a result I'm in my junior year and things are kind of bad (Gpa wise).
I've been often told i am a good test taker so when it comes to college I'm hoping my SAT scores will be enough, I am taking my first SAT on March 9th I'm still prepping for it this test is more of my where am i test. Right now i'm working on getting up to a lower or mid 3.0. I'm not dumb its just i have yet been able to combat procrastination and I'm not sure how to get over it. Which is frustrating I've missed out on many opportunities in Highs school because of my procrastination. So all i am asking is what are things i can do to raise my GPA? (in my 3rd quarter of Junior year, 2 AP classes all honors, I've passed 1 AP test when i was a freshman) SAT wise how good would i need to do for a school like USF or FSU to look at me? ( I know chances are slim but i still want to try)
And tips on dealing with procrastination?

This may sound silly… but you should find out what times your mind is most active. For example, 5pm and 3am. After a snack, I start my homework at 5pm and work on it til I feel unmotivated. After an hour after dinner, I go to sleep and wake up at 3am. Then I finish the rest of my homework.

This works for me because I’m a crazy AP student.

You could also just work 20minute intervals of homework with a short (5min at most) break in between.
