<p>In about a year, I need to start considering college options and begin the application process, however I need some advice. I've always loved America, I'm a huge football fan and always visit every year. I've always wanted to go to college their but due to money etc. I've never really looked into it. But now my parents are moving to America for my parents new jobs and I will be boarding in England. So my question is where should I go to college? Will having a US Visa affect fees? I'm considered in the top 5 at my school and will be applying for oxbridge. My parents will be staying in the USA for at least 3 years with the option of more.</p>
