Advice?

<p>the may SAT was my first time taking the SATs. and i didn't study at all.
yeah the score is horrible.</p>

<p>CR - 520
Math - 510
Writing - 560
MC 56
Essay 8</p>

<p>that's a 1590, i plan on taking the october SATs and studying over the summer. how often\what should i be studying to improve my score and how much do you think i can improve by?
any other advice which would be helpful is welcomed.

<p>you can improve by a lot. Since your score is low, you have much room for improvement. I would get a PR or Kaplan review book and do practice tests occasionally. I never sat down three hours do do a practice test because I only want to experience that during testing day.</p>
