last year during my freshman year, I transferred into a different high school. The high school's great and I have no complaints -however-
When I transfered, I wasnt able to do science. Because of that, im doing two science classes (bio and chem.)
-Biology's pathetic, really pathetic. Im stuck with all the students who have failed the course up to two times already. Im unchallenged and never acatually learn anything.
-Chemistry's ok, but im not challenged. It's a CP class and I should really be in honors. In addition to this I want to get into a top engineering college.

I cant transfer into AP chem because im technically behind and I cant go into a real bio class because all the real bio classes the school has is suppose to go to freshmen

it's ok if you don't have any ideas, im just kinda upset over the whole ordeal...

Yes, they do. Sometimes your high school will even take the credit you earned there and transfer it onto your GPA. It’s definitely worth looking into:)

I actually disagree with Wartsandall and think you should remain in your high school classes. I’m currently dual enrolling at Minot State University (which is basically a community college with a pretty campus… but they let everyone in) and I think the regular classes at my high school are HARDER than the classes at Minot State. The kids in the college classes don’t want to be there and they have no motivation.

I don’t know if your local community college is anything like that, but if it is, stay in the Chem/Bio classes in the high school and use them as easy A’s. When it comes time for college apps, just explain why you weren’t in AP/Honors and they’ll have to understand since it kind of wasn’t your fault.
