<p>what's the advising for careers/ pre-prof like? do they care?</p>
<p>If I could improve one aspect of this school it would be the Career Center. My experiences with them so far have not been great. So far I have really been on my own to find internships, jobs, etc. which has fortunately wokred out, I just wish there were more opportunities here so that I didn't have to find internships on my own.</p>
<p>Personally, I feel fairly positive about the Career Center and Pre-Professional Advising Office here. I recently applied for and received a $5000 grant to do an internship in East Asia--as a freshman. This was through a program that the Career Center runs. In my limited encounters with the Pre-Professional office, they seemed very professional and helpful.</p>
