Hey I'm a junior at a pretty competitive private high school in MA.

Weighted GPA: 4.05 at end of this year(huge upward trend)
frosh: 3.77
sopho:3.97
junior: 4.32
I take just about the heaviest coursload possible

ACT: 32 (if they superscore then I'd have a 34)
I plan on taking one more time in June.

SATs: not taking
SAT IIs: Agg school doesnt require them so I don't even think Id bother with them-will that hurt?

ECs-really really good a few significant ones but would take long to list-really well rounded though-varsity athlete on regional select team
-competed in several economics competitions-one at the FED the other at Harvard

I must say, I think the quality of AEM students is going to skyrocket within another couple of years. They're essentially creating a mini-Wharton over there on the Arts Quad.

just dont take it more than 3 times...
if this is going to be ur 3rd time, then do it since it cant hurt you. Also, take the SAT 2s...you never know when u ll need them. What if you get deferred from cornell and the next school on your list requires them? all you need is an above 700 score on them which is pretty easy

what is ur class rank? it is hard to chance u w/o evaluating how your gpa compares to the rest of the class at ur school. also, if u have been taking mostly all AP and honors courses, then you should be in good shape.

Even though CALS doesn't require SAT IIs, a fair number of applicants do take them because most other colleges require them. If you do well, they can only strengthen your application and make you stand out.

If you decide to take them, the CALS adcom likes to see you take the tests in math and sciences.

haha, a.k.a. the same chance as anyone else applying to AEM. - I wouldn't worry about chances since u got good grades .. just continue to maintain them, write good application essays, and enjoy the remaining years in high school.
