Where do you live? Why do you want to study AEM?

I live in Minnesota, attend a public school, want to go AEM because it is a kick ass business program in New York (i.e. connections to Wall Street) and it is part of Cornell...

you need a kick-ass college essay. Or if you move to NY, you're in. Or do ED and you're in. otherwise you have good chance

AEM is blowing up in terms of popularity, so it's impossible to tell non-early decision. I noticed you were also interested in Middlebury, Dartmouth, and Colgate. All three are great schools, but they are much closer to the Arts and Sciences academic experience than the AEM experience. Honestly, I couldn't see a lot of AEM students enjoying their life at Middlebury, Dartmouth, Colgate, or Cornell Arts and Sciences.

an alternative is to transfer in after 1 yr at some place else
