Aero Engineering: Minnesota vs. VA Tech vs. Ga Tech vs. some others

Hi

I will be attending graduate school for a masters (M.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering. I am trying to choose which graduate school I should ultimately attend and I have narrowed down my decision to 5 schools.

Iowa State University (Ames)
Virginia Tech (Blacksburg)
University of Minnesota (Minneapolis)
Georgia Tech (Atlanta)
University of Washington (Seattle)

I was wondering whether anyone had any suggestions on which one is the better choice. Which has a stronger program? Which has a better reputation? Which has the best location (in your opinion)?

I would love to hear anyone's opinion. Thanks in advance!

For location, look up where aerospace companies have workplaces. You may want to check their web sites’ job and career sections to see what locations are looking for engineers. You may also want to ask the universities’ career centers what companies come recruiting for your major.
