Hi all

I wanted to know how is Washington University for Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering.

And would also appreciate if someone could give me some percentage of people who apply for engineering and that of how many get in

Cheers

Facts 2006 says that in 2005 applied for Engineering 3,377 and 240 enrolled. I know that this year class has more than 280 future engineers, but also it was the larger class in Wash U's history. About 32 students have merit scholarships.

Cressmom: Where did you find "Facts 2006?" I know that the art and architecture school aimed for an incoming class of 70, and that both incoming classes are 88 instead, and am curious how many applied.

I got the brochure from the Knight Center this past week. They said more students enrolled than it was expected, about 170.

Facts 2006 has data from the class before, and it shows Architecture with 636 applications and 44 enrolled, and Art, with 605 and 79 enrolled. I guess we have to wait to have "Facts 2007" to get this year numbers.
