<p>The MSME I’m focus on mechanics of materials and composites; the MSAA I want to focus on propulsion technologies; guidance, navigation, control; and spaceflight dynamics. </p>

<p>Two masters degrees is unnecessary but actually very common among my coworkers. A surprisingly large percentage have two or three masters degrees.</p>

<p>That is an awfully broad focus for the MSAA… it covers all 3 pillars of aerospace. Good luck with that. I will not envy the courseload that would require.</p>
