<p>I should probably note that due to its proximity to Kennedy Space Center UF sends a lot of people to NASA over the summer. I have no idea if you're in-state, but OOS tuition at UF is some of the cheapest around. I can't help you in assessing UF in any of the metrics you asked for, however.</p>
