Aerospace engineering program

How is the aerospace engineering program at CU-Boulder? Is it hands on?

It’s very good. S1 is a senior AES major there. He’s had 2 internships now, and says his engineering education compares very favorably to that of the interns from other schools.

All freshman engineering students do a Projects class. Almost all courses are lecture/lab format. Undergrads can apply for jobs in research labs or through NASA Space Grant.

Hereis a link to the Integrated Teaching and Learning Laboratory where they offer short workshops for a nominal fee
